Meet The Doctors

Dr. Robert Zimmerman

“Dr. Bob”

Friends,

After 46 years of practice, Thursday March 7th, 2024 will be my last day at Covenant Family Dentistry. On my next birthday I’ll have 73 candles on my cake.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my career, thanks in a large part to the wonderful staff and patients with whom I’ve been blessed. Just seeing your name on the day’s schedule makes me smile.

The office will be in the excellent hands of Dr.Jolene Zheng and Dr.Matthew Cradduck who joined the practice in July. Their winning personalities and exceptional dentistry skills will keep their patients chewing and smiling.

Additionally, the Waynesboro community has been a wonderful place to live and raise a family. I sincerely hope I have given back even a fraction of what I’ve received.

Sincere thanks to all of you who have been my patient and supported my practice, which allowed me the opportunity for volunteer service both locally and globally. I plan to keep my license and continue volunteering.

God bless you, as I pray I have also been a blessing you,

Dr, Bob Zimmerman

Dr.Matthew Cradduck

Dr.Cradduck

Dr. Matthew Cradduck joined Covenant in 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a commitment to exceptional dental care. Born and raised in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, Dr. Cradduck is one of eight children in the Cradduck family. His upbringing kindled a love for outdoors, sports and spending time with friends and family from church. Dr. Cradduck and his wife Kara were anticipating their return to Franklin County for the last four years as they lived in Baltimore.

During his time at Eastern University in Philadelphia, Dr. Cradduck was drawn to the field of dentistry, inspired by fellow dentists’ including his father’s stories of impactful dental missions to Spanish-speaking countries in Central and South America and his love for health sciences. These influences guided Dr. Cradduck towards a career dedicated to oral health.

Dr. Cradduck, accompanied by his wife Kara, pursued his dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where his father had also honed his skills as a dentist. Here, he gained invaluable experience in handling complex health scenarios, performing extractions, and catering to Spanish-speaking populations. He was trained in a wide spectrum of procedures that a General Dentist encounters on a regular basis.

Upon graduation, Dr. Cradduck was excited to move back to a more rural location. Dr. Cradduck is wholeheartedly dedicated to upholding and expanding upon the great dental care that Covenant has provided over the years. He was excited to participate in an office with rich history in Waynesboro.

Dr. Cradduck's desire for continuing education is evident in his pursuit of advanced courses, with the aim of broadening the array of services offered at our practice. His return to the tristate area signifies a heartfelt desire to meet the escalating demand for exceptional dental care in our community.

We are excited to welcome Dr. Matthew Cradduck back to his roots and look forward to the invaluable contributions he will make to our practice and the community we serve. His unwavering commitment to excellence in dentistry is a testament to the exceptional care you can expect to receive under his capable hands.
